All merchandise is thoroughly inspected and approved for sale at drop-off. Items which do not qualify as "gently used" or are outdated will NOT be accepted.
All items must be current, in-style and in good condition. Listed below are the guidelines for what we accept. If you are unsure or have questions, please contact us.
REplay Sports Atlanta will accept gently used child and adult sports and sports-related equipment. Items include, but are not limited to, apparel, footwear and equipment from the following sporting categories (listed in no particular order):
Our online tagging system makes tag preparation and inventory control quick and easy! Here are the steps you should follow to tag your items. Please follow them carefully to prevent items from being turned away.
Gather your items and arrange them in order by gender and size.
Login to our online tagging system using your seller number and password. Click on the 'Work With My Consigned Items' link and begin entering your items. (See example below) NOTE on web browsers: We have had problems printing tags using the Firefox browser, so to avoid any issues, please use Internet Explorer (IE) to print your tags. If you have ANY problems printing tags contact us immediately and we will help you.
You can print your tags either a few at a time as you go, or all at once at the end. Tags will print 6 to a page of cardstock. Please use only medium weight WHITE card stock for your tags. This heavier paper helps to keep the tag and the item together. Card stock can be purchased at any office supply store or stores such as Wal-Mart. Be sure to turn off any popup blocker you may have running. When you generate tags they pop up in a new window for easy printing. The quality of your tags directly affects your sales. If your printers' toner/ink is running out, this may be the time to get a new cartridge. If you change ANY item information (price, donation, 1/2 price option etc.) AFTER printing a tag, or between seasons, a NEW tag will have to be printed.
Attach the printed tags to your items (with a safety-pin for clothes; with packing tape for other items), and you are done! Remember to securely attach your tags to your items. If an item and it's tag are separated, we will be unable to sell it.
Print out your inventory report and be sure to bring it with you during your drop off appointment.

HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR SELLING PRICE
Quality items typically sell for approximately 25-30% of retail. Take into consideration brand name, quality and condition of the item. A good rule of thumb is to ask yourself "What would I pay for this?"
HOW TO ATTACH TAGS (HANGING ITEMS)
All clothing must be on hangers with the hanger facing to the left. Wal-Mart and Target often have 10 hangers for $1. Items are sold WITH their hangers. We prefer plastic hangers.
SAFETY PIN the tag to the right-hand side of the garment when looking at the front. NO STRAIGHT PINS and no small gold pins!!
Children's clothes should be sized with number sizes, i.e. 12 M, 2T, 5 etc. NOT S, M, L
To reduce check in time, have your items sorted by size and gender (rubber band or twist tie sizes together) prior to drop-off.
Anything that can go on a hanger will sell best this way. Use only one hanger for two piece outfits. Hang the shirt first, then pin the pants, skirt or shorts to the back of the shirt at the shoulder seams with TWO safety pins. Do NOT pin second pieces inside of the shirt or jacket, they cannot be seen easily.
HOW TO ATTACH TAGS (NON - HANGING ITEMS)
DO NOT TAPE OVER THE BARCODE PORTION OF THE TAG
Shoes - must be tied together in pairs by the shoelaces or through the eyes of the shoes. (the best thing to tie the shoes together with is curly ribbon) Pin the card to the shoelaces or the ribbon. DO NOT BOX or BAG shoes. Shoes and Laces must be in excellent condition.
Loose Articles - must be in clear ziplock bags with tag placed inside of the bag. Secure the bag closed with tape to keep "little hands" from getting in.
Large Items - must have the tag securely attached with clear packing tape to the obvious "front" of the item. Remember if the item and it's tag are separated from each other, we will not be able to sell it for you. If you are in doubt, please contact us.
